Inspect & Repair

Despite careful handling, parts can still become damaged. In almost all cases, they can be repaired. It is important that the following requirements are met:

  • Immediate replacement after damage has been identified
  • Sending the damaged part for inspection using the original packaging

After the goods have been received, you will receive an email with the confirmation and the result of the first visual inspection. Each receipt is given a service order number, which you can use to track the progress in our customer portal. There, you also have the opportunity to obtain information through direct communication with the service team.

We will offer a replacement, less the residual value at the current price, if a repair is not feasible, contrary to expectations.
